Returns

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases from our website. We simply require that your purchase is returned unworn and in its original condition, complete with all its original tickets still attached, within 14 days of you receiving your order.

To return an item to us simply drop us an email at info@fashionthatisdifferent.com quoting your order number.

Items to be returned must not have been worn (other than to try on), free from deodorant, make-up or perfume and must not have been washed. They must still be in their original condition, with all their original tickets still attached. We are unable to accept the return of any item where there is any indication that these instructions have not been followed.

Please ensure the items are wrapped securely, with a note of your order number included in the parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and for your protection we strongly recommend you use an insured postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Always obtain proof of posting.

Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your returned items. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery.
