Delivery Information

Standard Delivery charge for orders under £100 is currently £3.95. Orders £100 and over are completely free! Your goods will arrive within 3/5 working days of despatch. We guarantee your goods will be despatched within 48 hours of order placement.

Express Delivery charge is currently £8.95 and will arrive by the end of the day following despatch.
Despatch normally takes place within 24 hours of order placement.
Please note orders received on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

UK Off-Shore Delivery:

The Delivery charge for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is £9.95 and should arrive within 7 working days and will require a signature upon receipt.

If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will put a card through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery.

International Delivery:

The Delivery charge for European Countries is £9.95 / worldwide is £14.95.

Your order will be sent by Parcelforce delivery service and should be delivered within 7 working days of despatch and will require a signature upon receipt. Fashionthatisdifferent cannot deliver to a PO Box number.

Customs:

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.
